Cindy Smith is a self-taught chef and event planner with over two decades of experience in the industry. An active member of the International Caterer’s Association, Cindy now serves on the Board of Directors.
Her company, RSVP Catering & Events, was established in 1999. Her simple approach ("For food to taste good, you have to use the freshest ingredients.") consistently lead to decadently-delicious results. RSVP quickly climbed to the top of the Southern-California "Most Wanted" list, and a star was born.
Cindy’s culinary creativity transferred seamlessly into the realm of event planning, and, at the request of contacts old and new, she began offering planning services as an additional value and convenience to her clients.
