RSVP Catering was formed in 1999. The approach is simple: for food to taste good, you have to use ingredients that are fresh. Whether it is fresh from the farmers market, butcher, baker or even directly from the herb garden, RSVP Catering uses only the finest foods to create downright decadent meals.
Cindy is a self taught chef. Her passion for fine foods drove her to pursue a career in the food industry which led her to become a Private Chef, Manager of a tea house, and Manager of a restaurant. Cindy continues to further her education by attending courses at the culinary institute in Napa Valley and is an active member of the International Caterer’s Association, serving on the Board of Directors.
Assembling a top notch team to make each event extra special, the RSVP Catering team prides themselves in creating a family atmosphere with all of their staff, and surrounding themselves with the highest quality personnel.
